Terres du Sud, in its effort to ensure efficient management of its supply chains, chose to automate compliance checks for one of its cereal value chains. The objective is to guarantee traceability while facilitating the monitoring of farmers’ commitments.
We regularly collect and analyze data related to crop itineraries and agricultural practices for each plot involved in this value chain.
Examples of collected data:
- Soil work: preparation before sowing.
- Cultivated varieties: previous and current.
- Sowing: date and variety sown.
- Fertilization: date, type, name and quantity of fertilizers used.
- Disease management: date, type and quantity of treatments applied, with identification of diseases treated.
